Hello, i checked your screenshots and I think you don't use OSX Sierra as I haven't the 4th option displayed, I just have "defaul" "IP" and "windows" but not "advanced".

I already tried the way you suggested but still not working

The printer address on my router ( not a D-LINK ) is \\192.168.1.1\HPc302

thank you

Advanced options is hidden in the menu

On the Add Printer window, right click any icon (Defaut, IP, or Windows), Then choose Personalize ToolBar. Drag Advanced Icon to the menu.

I don't know your router protocol, it might be:
IPP:// or IPPS://

HTTP:// or HTTPS://

LPD://

socket://

smb://

You need to be more specific with the router address and model.

HTTP does not work on my printer anyway I tried. Let me know what protocol you used and if it worked.

SOLVED:

click on "+ " to add a printer

click on "windows" and wait ( be patient may takes a few minutes )

as anything appear on the left( maybe a part of name printer as displayed on the router ) click on it  and wait ( be patient may takes a few minutes ) and then your router will be displayed

click on it , on the popup select "print as guest" and wait ( be patient may takes a few minutes )

when your printer is displayed select it, select the driver on bottom and confirm

i think it's better to shut down all the onter devices connected to the network

cheers
