Dear Sir or Madam: First off, I have Windows 10 but do not know what "bit" it is. It is a Desktop All in One. Is Inkjet and Deskjet one and the same?
Hello. I am trying to print a Scan sheet so I can align my printer. Right now, I took both printer cartridges out of the printer and used rubbing alcohol on the bottom of each. I placed both of them back and the color registers "E" and the Black registers, "Low". The color cartridge is brand new. The orange light is flashing but no scan sheet is printing. Do I need a new printer? Thank you.

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
