Hello! I'm having issues printing. All of the lights on my printer are blinking. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps and all lights continue to blink. The "test page" pages don't print either. Anyone have a clue how to resolve this issue?
I appreciate your time.
Thank you!

Hi @tmadrid,
I'd like to help!
I understand that all lights on printer are blinking.
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Also, try the steps in the document -- Blinking Lights
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
