I have recently bought two new 680 cartridge one is tri colour and another is black for my HP Deskjet 3635 printer. Tri- Colour is ready to print but Black cartidge isn't ready . Black Cartidge can't install and Show some error.
I haven't done any changes, before the issue. I bought a genuine new full 680 cartridges.
I already performed the Hard Reset that the HP team suggested, the black ink got detected but after a minute the light ink alert it started blinking again. and the print also showed up like this.
Is the black ink cartridge I bought damaged?
or my printer is the problem?
please how can I fix this, thank you so much.

I understand you've already taken some troubleshooting steps, which is great. If the black ink cartridge is still not being recognized after performing a hard reset and the issue persists, there are a few more things you can try:
- Clean the Cartridge Contacts: Sometimes, there might be dust or debris on the cartridge contacts preventing proper communication with the printer. Gently clean the contacts on the cartridge with a lint-free cloth or cotton swab dampened with distilled water. Then, dry the contacts thoroughly before reinstalling the cartridge.
- Inspect for Damage: Check the black ink cartridge closely for any visible damage or defects. If you notice any, it's likely that the cartridge is faulty and needs to be replaced.
- Try Another Black Cartridge: If possible, try using a different black ink cartridge, preferably another genuine HP cartridge. This will help determine if the issue is with the cartridge itself or with the printer.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, firmware updates include bug fixes that address cartridge recognition issues.Update the firmware on an HP printer
