Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ích habe meinen Drucker HP ENVY 6000 neu installiert, sämtliche Aktualisierungen vorgenommen, Druckerdiagnosetools angewandt, welche immer wieder keinen Fehler fanden, auch die Ausrichtungsseiten wurden immer gedruckt und das in guter Qualität. Der Drucker druckt nur mehr leere Seiten und auch beim Kopieren kommen leere Seiten raus. Ich habe sogar den Drucker auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt. Ich weiß nun nicht mehr was ich machen kann?

The above printer does not print in color or b/w, it just prints "white" pages, no text. I have reset the printer, installed every single update whatever, it is still not printing. The cartridges are full. 

What to do?
