E57540

Customer has an E57540. The machine keeps getting a 98.00.00 error, this is what we've done. 
1) Reformat, reload firmware. Worked about about a week, then back to 98.00.00 error
2) Then replaced hard drive, unlock erase, format, reload firmware, worked for about 7-10 days, then 98.00.00 error again
3) Then replaced formatter, unlock erase HD, format, reload firmware again, worked again for 7-10 days, then 98.00.00 yet again!

What else could cause this? If we do the full erase hd and reload firmware, it'll work for a while, then always back to 98.00.00 error, could something on the network be causing this?
