HP E82560 device with display screen showing DO NOT UNPLUG.  Initializing 673274.  It is stuck on this message.  Steps taken:

Printer turned off and on

Printer unplugged and replugged back in

Network cable disconnected \ reconnected.

I would pull the power plug one more time and try to boot, ensuring you have no network or usb cables attached. If that fails your next step would be to enter pre-boot mode and perform a partial clean. Rule of thumb is that any count above 500 rules out a successful startup.
