Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To resolve the 0x02B7CZED error on your HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One printer, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check Connections

Make sure your printer is connected to Wi-Fi or USB.

Restart both your printer and router.

Update Printer Firmware

Go to HP’s website and download the latest firmware for your printer.

Or use the HP app to check for updates.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

Uninstall your printer from Devices and Printers on your computer.

Download and install the latest drivers from HP’s website.

Check for Paper Jams

Open your printer and remove any paper jams.

Clean the inside of the printer gently with a cloth.
