My printer won’t print anything. I switched out the cartridges with new HP ones and done other steps in the troubleshoot and nothing . It keeps saying “Cannot Print. Visit *bleep* for information.” I’ve tried everything.

@itz_paola1020, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print. Let us try these steps:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
- Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
- Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge. Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.
- Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve ink cartridge errors - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
Also, clean the ink cartridges and print a test page as shown in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
