Product: HP ENVY 4513 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! Since couple months ago I've been unable to print in color any document from Office 365. I just did a complete remove of Office 365 from my PC and reinstalled again but the problem still persist. Also, I performed an uninstall from my printer and reinstalled again without any luck. I have tried all advices and all failing. I run the HPsmart app and all went fine without any problems. I will appreciate any information that could help me resolve this issue.

Dumb question. Please, don't judge me.

 

Do I need to install all that stuff to keep my printer update??
