HP ENVY 4520 All in one series

My HP ENVY 4520 All-In-One Series printer just ran out of warranty, I can print the scan page in color but no other document, page or photo will print in color. Thinking about just chucking the thing and getting a different printer as this is the second one to do this.

Delete the printer in Devices and Printers and then add it.

Tried deleting again and still the same result. It will print the test page in color but nothing else. HP Envy 4520. There is no option to change.

Delete the driver at root level and retry, follow the steps below: 
Open Programs and features 
Select your HP Printer 
Select Uninstall 
Search for and open Devices and printers 
In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device' 
Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo. 
Type printui.exe /s and click Ok.
Click on the "Drivers" tab 
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom 
Select Ok 
Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows 
Close Devices and Printers 
Reboot your computer

Reinstall the full driver file.
