This is one flaky printer one minute you don't see the AirPrint and another minute it decides to show up. Anyway, I managed to select the AirPrint and this is the result! Please see attached image... I honestly don't know what to do with this piece of crap...

P.S. I forgot to attached the WiFi image but you can have my word that this machine is on the 2.4GHz network 😞Screen Shot 2020-04-29 at 7.02.33 PM.png

@MooPai

Please contact your Internet Service Provider and have the router setup in bridge mode.

Thanks!

As I mentioned before I'm using two Asus RT-AC3100 that are connected to each other via Asus aiMesh technology which connects both Routers as one! The Single of the router is NOT the issue as I have a very strong signal on all three levels of the house! The issue is with the printer going to sleep and losing it's wireless connection...

As the router is connected in Mesh, I'd suggest you contact the Internet Service Provider and put this in bridge mode.

I confirmed with my ISP that I am already bridged from before! Any other suggestions?

@MooPai

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
