Product: HP ENVY 4524 All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY 4524 All-in-One Printer will not switch on. I've tried unplugging it from the wall leaving it for 30 mins, then plugging it back in, but although the screen lights up, it doesn't actually load up the home screen. 

 

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
