Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I see from your post that you are getting a paper jam error message while setting up your HP Envy printer. Don't worry we're here to help you.
Just wanted to ensure if you have followed the steps suggested in the previous post which should help you either resolving the issue or help you identify the problem
If you have already tried to perform a hard reset on the printer and updating the printer firmware and still having the issue. In this scenario, I would suggest there is no harm in performing an advanced reset on the printer. I am going to share these steps in private as these instructions are specific only to your printer model.
Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,
Regards,
