I am having issues with black ink printing where there are lines across the page not being printed. I have tried the troubleshooting print quality issues and they all don't seem to work. I started using the printer not long ago and I'm already just left with less than half a cartridge. But it has enough ink in the cartridge to be able to print the page properly. Please help otherwise I will have to try a new cartridge or a new printer altogether. Many thanks
