I have the same issue. The printer is stuck at the start up and won't even connect to the wifi. The wifi blue light is also not coming on. It was working fine for last 2 years. It says Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled with HP instant plan. I am enrolled with the plan and nothing has changed. Internet, router, password everything is the same.

I have the same problem please advise solution to resolve - I’ve tried the on/off reset etc

I’ve hardly used the printer & it’s stopped working 😡
