Screen is stuck on what appears to be a loading screen, no response to anything including buttons on printer itself.  Tried unplugging, holding power, taking ink out,(I can only get color cartridge out, black is not accessible)….nothing helps.  Screen has HP logo, task bar(full), then 6 dots underneath with two dots illuminated.  Even the power button does nothing, it will not respond to anything.  Actually, unplugging it shuts it off(obviously), other than that right back to unresponsive locked screen.   Please help!!! I have tried the unplug for 2-3mins method and it hasnt worked.
