Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi all, ink was low so I replaced both.  I have been following the steps to print the alignment page and it doenst print correctly. by that I mean it's missing the first few lines completely.

 

I've cleaned the cartridges and everything, but no luck. Even updated the software on the printer itself. 

 

This printer is not that old, and very frustrated at the moment.

If you have already tried to clean the ink cartridges and Align the printer as shown in Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues document, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
