Message Received:  Error connecting to the network

I follow all the steps including rebooting router etc.  These steps do not help

I use HP Print and Scan Doctor which sees the device and tries to install, and fails.

Have tried both manual and automatic wireless connect.  Both fail the same way.

Wireless network test results says that maybe is a MAC filtering issue.

Checked on my router. I`ve got the`all allow` mode on on the wireless client filter.

I`ve tried to insert the printer MAC addres all the same. No change.

In manual setup when I try to connect to the network (it finds the name of the network)

after a while it says that is impossible to connect to the network.

In automatic setup through the 123 app (both on PCs and smartphones) after a first

appearance, then I`m not able to find the printer anymore. They just don`t find it.

That`s URGENT, plz. Could anyone help me?

Hi @arkila1807

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "connect to network" issue.

To better assist you - Do you have a USB cable to connect between the computer and the printer?

Meanwhile, Please print a wireless test report-

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Print Reports

3. Touch Wireless Test Report

Post the Wireless Test Report here so we can help you further.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
