Product: HP ENVY 6022 All-in-One Printer

Hi, I'm getting an E3 error - printer cartridge error. Have tried removing debris by sliding the cartridge heads (there was no obstruction) and turning on and off but nothing fixes the error.  Anyone seen this before? Have advice?
