HI, I have a HP Envy 6022e printer which is no longer printing.  

I have checked the User offline button is unclicked as suggested.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer.  I have gone through diagnostics and that says all is fine, but when I try to print a test page nothing happens.  I tried to print a document off my laptop but it has been stuck in a state of printing for about 10 mins and then an error message came up saying error sent to printer.  In between all of this, I have clicked the wifi button to make sure that is on, and have turned off and on the laptop and printer and restarted it all. I have tried to print an information sheet but again nothing happened. I am now out of ideas.  Any suggestions please?

Also, update the printer firmware. Click here
