Product: HP ENVY 6052e

Hello!

 

Brand new printer, worked well the first week.  This morning attempted to print and got a glowing amber light and E0.  Did the recommendations for troubleshooting.  Now whenever I try to print, it glows white for about 1 minute, then changes to a glowing amber light with no additional light showing up.  My only thought is maybe the ink that came with the printer is dry already somehow?  Any ideas?  Thank you for the help.

Apologize for the issue with the printer error. We understand it's a new Printer let try a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue
