Hi guys, I'm really at a total loss here and would like to just reset the entire printer (HP Envy 6055). I got this printer a month ago and when I tried to print something out for work this morning, it just would not send from my work computer (Mac) to the printer at all. I then tried it on my personal computer (PC), and still nothing. The printer itself shows an active internet connection, and on the Printer Information Page I printed out, it says that the printer is connected and the signal strength is excellent.
The Wireless Network Test Results say that the only Attention point is that 'more than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID)' and that my printer may be connecting to the wrong one, but there is no other wifi network in my area that is remotely similar to mine, and this hasn't been an issue at all leading up to today.
Is there any easy way to just reset the entire printer and start from scratch? All the googling I've done has given me 5 different ways to do it, and none of them work, and HP Print Doctor can't even connect to the printer to find anything wrong with it, so that's a bust.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Follow the below steps and check if it helps.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
If you continue facing the issue, then restore the network default following the below steps and setup the wireless connection again.
On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least five seconds
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
