@Saari, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help resolve the "Rendering failed. Print job unable to print" issue on your HP ENVY 6500e series printer with Windows 11:
Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Uninstall and Reinstall Printer Drivers
Corrupted or outdated drivers can cause rendering errors.
- Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
- Find your HP printer software, right-click, and Uninstall.
- Go to 123.hp.com and:
- Enter your printer model (e.g., HP ENVY 6500e).
- Download and install the latest full-feature driver for Windows 11.
Check Printer Settings
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer > Manage > Printer properties.
- Under the Advanced tab, ensure the correct driver is selected.
- Uncheck "Enable advanced printing features" (this can sometimes resolve rendering issues).
Use HP Smart App (Optional)
- Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
- Add your printer and use the Diagnose & Fix feature under Settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
