Hi @luvmyhecticlife,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering an error code, C4EB8024, on your HP ENVY Inspire 7255e All-In-One Printer. This error typically indicates a hardware issue or a problem with the printer's internal components. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Power Cycle: Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on. This might reset the printer and clear the error.
- Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path. Clear any jammed paper carefully and close the cover properly.
- Inspect Ink Cartridges: Open the ink cartridge access door and check if any of the ink cartridges are improperly installed or empty. If necessary, replace any empty or faulty ink cartridges with genuine HP cartridges.
- Reset Printer: Try resetting the printer to its default settings. You can usually find the reset option in the printer's settings menu or by referring to the printer's user manual.
- Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for firmware updates using the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP support website.
