I have tried all the support tips, changed the cartridge, cleaned and aligned the cartridge.  I would like to talk to HP support before buying a new printer, but I cannot find a number or get past the repititous support tips or the virtual assistant.  Does anyone have a phone number for support or another suggestion?  Thank you.

Hi @SHA-NA-NA ,

 

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

Please try the following:

Take a handkerchief and the tri-color cartridge. Now press the cartridge like a stamp on the handkerchief for about 2-3 seconds. You should see a strong, colored strip, consisting of magenta, cyan and yellow. Is this the case?

 

If you still have the old cartridge, please try it with the old one as well.
