My HP Envy 7640 printer seem to be having an error with the message B820F724. I've plugged out the device waited for a restart when I did the HP screen came up with the error sign of B820F724 then right after that the printer screen went blank with no button working.

Hello SILASDTLB,

Thanks for reaching us out.

Try the below steps and help me know if the issue is sorted:

>>Power reset:
Power off the printer and unplug it from the wall outlet and wait for 60 seconds.
Press and hold the power button for 2 minutes and then release the button.
Now, connect the plug and turn On the printer and help me know if the issue is sorted.

>>Remove All Ink Cartridges and Try to Boot:
Open the ink-cartridge access door
Remove all cartridges
Close the door
Power the printer ON.

>> Hard reset with the carriage unlocked:
Unplug the printer
Open the ink door
Manually slide the printhead carriage to the center
Leave it centered
Close the door
Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Regards,

Sharun
