HP ENVY 7640 is skipping lines of type when printing from any type of document.

My HP ENVY 7640e skips lines of type when printing any document. It will print the first line just fine, then will skip a couple of lines and print the next line, and so on down the page. There's plenty of ink, and I've tried alignment, cleaning the ink cartridges, and restarting both printer and laptop. I'm using a Mac with OS Mojave, 10.14.6. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Does this happen with copying as well?

If yes, If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
