I have cicked on control panel, printers and devises, right clicked on my printer's image, clicked printing preferences and a box comes up with SHORTCUT showing a bunch of little photos and have a little lock on them. I have tried to instead go to layout up at the top and put in main tray, paper size, etc. but it just keeps going back to the photo setting when I try and print. Help!

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
The shortcuts that display locks are "standard template" shortcuts.
The settings on these templates cannot be changed.
Let's try these steps:
Step 1: Change the paper settings on the printer.
- Open the paper tray and close the paper tray. You would get a notification to change the paper settings.
- When prompted select the correct paper size and paper type on the Printer control panel.
Step 2: Change the paper settings on the PC
- Open the document that you want to print
- click on 'Print'
- Under 'Settings' select the paper settings needed.
Once the settings are changed, try to print.
