I have an HP ENVY Inspire 7900e All-in-One Printer. Just replaced both the black and tri-color cartridges (HP 64 Cartridges). Both the HP Smart App and the printer itself show that the cartridges are full. However, the printer is only producing magenta and black - no yellow or cyan.

 

I ran the "Align Printheads" and "Clean Printheads" tools from the HP Smart App several times, and also used the printer control panel to run the "Clean Cartridges" tool several times (I guess this is the same as "Clean Printheads," but I wanted to cover my bases). I have not been able to generate any Print Quality Diagnostic reports that show colors other than black and magenta. 

 

I removed the tri-color cartridge and gently blotted the printhead on a paper towel to confirm the cartridge wasn't dried out or defective. However, it easily produced all three colors. I cannot figure out what the next steps would be. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
