Hello,
I have tried all of the recommended methods of resetting my printer, but it is still stuck on the loading screen. The bar fills up as well as one blue bubble. I was hoping that somebody else has had some luck trying something else other than simply unplugging and replugging it back in. Please let me know.

Hi @mmgblondie,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Envy Photo 7155 printer is stuck on the loading screen despite trying basic troubleshooting steps like unplugging and replunging it, there are a few additional steps you can try.
- Power Cycle: Unplug the power cord from the printer and leave it unplugged for about a minute. Then plug it back in and turn the printer on again. Sometimes a longer period without power can help reset internal components.
- Factory Reset: Perform a factory reset on your printer. This process usually involves pressing specific buttons in a particular sequence. Refer to your printer's manual or the HP website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset for your specific model.
- Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer. Sometimes software glitches can cause issues like being stuck on the loading screen, and updating the firmware can resolve them. You can usually update the firmware through the printer's settings menu or by downloading it from the HP support website and following the instructions provided.
- Check for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with your printer.
If you've exhausted these options and the printer is still stuck on the loading screen, it's likely a more serious issue with the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
