LAST WEEK I HAD A POWER CUT AND EVER SINCE MY PRINTER HAS NOT WORKED. THERE ARE MANY PROBLEMS. Ii HAVE DONE A SCAN DOCTOR, REMOVED PRINTER AND REINSTALLED IT .

THE  HP COMPUTER SAYS THAT IT IS READY AND I AM USING IT VIA WIFI. HOWEVER, IT WILL NOT PRINT A TEST PAGE OR ANYTHING FROM MY COMPUTER. IT SAYS THAT ITS CONNECTED AND IN A READY STATE. THE PRINTER DISPLAY IS SHOWING ALL TH ICONS.

IWHEN I PRESS THE ON/OFF SWITH AND SELECT SLEEP MODE., IT COUNTS DOWN BUT DOES NOTHING AND THE LIGHTS ON THE DISPLAY STAY ON.

WHEN I TRY TO PRINT FROM MICROSOFTT WORD, IT GOES THROUGH THE MOTIONS BUT THEN DISPLAYS:   USER INTERVENTION REQUIRED  BUT DOESNT TELL ME WHY.

I HAVE RUN EVERY HP DIAGNOSTIC POSSIBLE AND FEEL LIKE I AM GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES.  AT ONE ONE IT DID COME UP WITH AN ERROR CODE  OXB8889FAU8 BUT THAT HAS DISAPPEARED NOW. AT ONE POINT WHEN TRYING TO PRINT, IT APPEARED TO GET TO THE PRINTER AND DISPLAYED   PRINTING  BUT IT NEVER DID PRINT SO I CANCELLED IT AND THE PRINTER SCREEN JUST KEPT DISPLAYING CANCELLING FOR HOURS UNTIL I UNPLUGGED IT. I LOVE MY PRINTER AND IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY BUT DO ANY OF YOU GOOD PEOPLE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX THIS AS I AM SLOWLY GOING MAD!!!!
