Product: HP ENVY Photo 7134

My printer will not move past the initial booting up screen when it is turned on. I have tried pulling out the power cable and putting it back in, for 60 sec, 10 mins, 1-24 hours and it still doesn't work. After a quick google search I thought I should try a factory reset but the only instructions I can find for it require me to use the printer screen, which is stuck on loading. My computer isn't picking it up at all for any software/driver update. Is there anything else I can do?

You can try to reset it by using home and back button on the screen.

Unfortunately since the screen isn’t moving past the initial loading stage the touch buttons aren’t available to use either, the only button I have is the power button and it does nothing no matter how long I press it.
