This printer is just churning out white pages. I have cleaned the printheads, aligned the printheads 5 times. I want to see the ink levels and it leads me to a webpage to sign up for an ink supply scheme instead of giving me levels.

Hi @Annette2001,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing print quality issues.
Check ink or toner levels (Mac)
Use the printer software to check ink or toner levels from your Mac computer.
-
Click the Apple icon , click System Preferences, and then click Printers and Scanners, Print & Fax, or Print & Scan.
-
Select your printer from the list, click
Options & Supplies
, and then click the Supplies tab.
If the cartridge has ink in them and you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge/printhead failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
And, Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thank you, Jay_24,
It helps with the levels. I am used to that being part of the printer app for previously owned printers and not happy with HP being so commercially predatory and wasting my time when I look for help and support, and instead trying to shove their product services down my throat. CX is obviously not HP focus.

I understand you are disappointed, I will share your feedback with the concerned team.
We do not have drivers /applications compatible for your operating system but you can still use airprint drivers to print scan and check ink levels.
Hope this helps!
Keep me posted!
