HP Recommended

I have an HP ENVY Pro 6455. I have never had an issue printing labels on this printer but for some reason it will pull the label paper in and start printing right at the edge on the top and then everything is not aligned. I have NEVER had this issue as I am a teacher and frequently print labels on this printer. When I tried to print the labels on  regular sheet of paper, it lines up perfectly. I have no idea how to fix this problem.
