Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY 4500 series printer not printing Word and Excel (spits out blank pages) most the time but will sometimes. Maybe about a year ago, I could print everything I did in Word and Excel but the past year it is a hit or miss situation if I can get something I did in Word/Excel to print....Sometimes I can copy and paste or do a screenshot of the page or save it or do various different things to try to get the pages to print but now I cannot and I need my pages to be able to print exactly as they are created and I can't figure out why they are not printing out. What is happening tho is the computer is sending a message to my wireless printer to print the job and it starts out as normal but then just ends up advancing a blank page; so why is my printer not printing my Word and Excel pages? Doing a troubleshoot and repair program, everything comes back as good and working and test pages print out fine. I can print out emails and attachments and pictures or downloads. Thank you!
