Printer Error msg. I have unplugged and plugged into its own outlet, restarted several times, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, changed cartridges and still unable to print. How do I get a real person to assist. I use this printer very often and have important documents that I cannot print. Help

Hi @Porter2222,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, which is great. When you're experiencing persistent issues like this with your HP Envy 6000e printer, it can be frustrating. Here are a few more steps you can try.
- Check for Paper Jams: Even if the error message doesn't indicate a paper jam, it's worth checking. Sometimes even small shreds of paper can cause errors.
- Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually do this through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website.
- Check Printer Connections: Make sure all cables are securely connected, both at the printer and at the computer/router.
- Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: This is a diagnostic tool provided by HP that can identify and fix printing and scanning problems. You can download it from the HP website.
- Factory Reset: If all else fails, you can try performing a factory reset on the printer. This will restore it to its original settings. Make sure to back up any custom settings or configurations before doing this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
