Hello! I have recently set-up this printer and it is only printing and scanning blank pages. I have replaced the ink cartridges and cleaned / aligned the cartridges as well. I have also connected the printer to our wireless network, so I'm able to send documents from my phone, but they print blank. I've also tried turning the printer on and off. Can anyone help here?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Make a copy on the printer standalone and let me know if you have the same issue. (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

 

If the hardware is working, Kindly refer to the steps from this video link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
