Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello, my printer keeps flashing "error code OXC4EB827F HW_MICCI2 C" and will not allow me into the printer system. I've tried many things on previous posts (ie. plugging into the wall vs. a surge protector, checking for paper jams, turning it off, unplugging it for 60 seconds, etc). It let me into the system 1 time and I was able to print a test sheet, but the error is back and won't allow me to print. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
