HP Envy 4500

I tried to print from my PC tonight and I received an error message, it has worked wonderfully until now.  I keep encountering error message: "Carriage Jam The print cartridge cannot move. Open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, ensure ink cartridge levers are lowered and snapped into place."  I followed instructions (turn off, turn on, check all paper obstructions, move cartridge back and forth) - all looked well.  Tried to print again -  same error.  Looked further online - found forum recommending cleaning silver bar cartridges slide on. I noticed white grease on the bar, I wiped it clean, carriage seemed to slide smoothly, tried to print - same error.  However, the carriage has no issue printing print status report. The print Quality Report gets jammed - then error message.

Please, please help ASAP we are trying to do school work and business work during these COVid-19 trying times
