Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I attempted to print on a legal size envelope, well it got stuck, I removed the jam and now my printer will not turn back on. it turns on like it will turn on then I hear this noise like a band is jammed and won't move, then shuts down. I have removed power cord to try and reset and still nothing.
