My HP Envy 4520 Series Printer is not working at all. Product No. F0V69A. Most updated iOS Sonoma 14.0.

Printer was used and working fine 2 days ago.  Yesterday, I unplugged it while moving some furniture and when I plugged it back in, the screen illuminated but is completed blank. No buttons seem to change the blank screen, though it is clear that the printer still is receiving power because the screen is illuminated. Pressing the power button does not turn the illumination off. My printer is not connecting to my computer via Wifi or through HP Smart App. I followed instructions for a hard reset (unplug from printer and wall) multiple times to no avail. I even tried to print using a USB connection instead of Wifi, but my computer still shows my printer as offline.

I used the virtual assistant and took all steps they suggested--restart Wifi, try different power cord, try different wall outlet, etc.--to no avail. Their suggestion was to look into repair service.

I consulted the support discussion "HP Envy 4520 screen lights up, but is completely blank" found here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Envy-4520-screen-lights-...This customer seems to have the exact same problem as me with the same product. I tried the hard reset steps explained in the discussion response. Nothing. The firmware update suggestion is irrelevant because the printer cannot connect to the computer in any way.

Are there any other ways I can try to fix my printer? Or has it suddenly dropped dead?
