I purchased a new 63 black ink cartridge for my HP Envy 4520. I installed the cartridge per the support website instructions. As soon as I tried to print the alignment page, the Printer crashed and showed the following error: Error Code OXC4EB8837. I tried troubleshooting by unplugging and restarting the printer several times to no avail. I also removed the new printer cartridge and reinstalled the previous cartridge. This previously installed black cartridge gives no error and allows to print as expected. The only reason this cartridge needs to be replaced is due to low ink levels. I was not able to find any helpful information from your support website on reasons this is occurring or how to resolve it.

@JonoCarlton, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If the old black ink cartridge is working fine with no error, it means the new black ink cartridge could be defective. Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
For more info to resolve a 0x error, refer to - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays
If the issue persists with the black ink cartridge, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options if the ink cartridge is still under warranty.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
