I replaced a color ink cartridge with one I purchased from INK Jets.  I have done this before and everything was fine but this time I  can't get any color printing.  The supply levels show full!  Help!

@Bridger71, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer is not printing in color. HP recommends the use of genuine HP ink cartridges.

Try making a standalone copy in color from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges and print a test page to check the result.

If the issue persists, it could be an issue with the color ink cartridge or the printer itself. To conclude, use an alternate color ink cartridge if available.

Or, you may order one from HP online store

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
