Hi all,

 

I want to replace my black ink cartridge 302 in my Envy 4522 series, and it keeps getting this frustrating message that 'at least something is wrong with one of the cartridges', I followed all the steps (unplugging, hard reset, without color cartridge etc) and nothing works.... Now what? 😕
