My printer has just started showing this error "Remove and Reinstall the Indicated Cartridge" for the colour cartridge. I have tried everything recommended (clean, hard-reboot etc) but the issue still remains.
I am on the HP instant ink plan and haven't received one for a long time so I suspect that it is actually empty.
Can you please help? I need this printer back and working urgently.
