HP Envy 4525
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

Just bought the HP Envy 4525, and I was testing the duplex printing (one of the reasons I chose the printer) and there seems to be a problem.

I made two pages, and just wrote "Page 1" on top of the first page, and "Page 2" on top of the second page.

Now, the problem is that "Page 1" and "Page 2" are at the exact same height on the page, but when the printer pulls the paper back in to ink the other side, "Page 1" is lower on the page than "Page 2".

Has anyone encountered the same problem, and if so, did you find a solution?

Regards,

Addisteini.
