I have an HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer that's printing with streaks or with text and images missing ink in blocks.
I checked the ink levels, they are ok. I have genuine HP ink.
I cleaned the ink-heads three times. Used cleaning levels one and two.
I printed an aligner page (but that I can't use because of print quality problems mentioned)
I printed a few Quality Diagnostics pages and the "Print Quality Diagnostics" at the very top only printed half the words. All other black text printed fine. The color blocks have some streaking (but not much) and look a little light (not saturated color, although my ink levels show they're ok)
I've turned the printer on and off and checked for firmware updates.
What else can I do?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Is the issue with black or color printouts?
You may try printing in single-cartridge mode to identify the defective ink cartridge. If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a possible hardware issue. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:
