Product: HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

Hi, my printer - "DIRECT-A!-HP-ENVY 5000 series - was connecting to my Macs and iphones fine for ages now all of a sudden it is failing to connect?!   I have reset the printer and re-connected to the network several times.  So BOTH the computer/phone is on the same network ... BUT no devices can find the printer to connect.  Very frustrating!!!   HELP much appreciated. Thanks
