Product: HP Envy 5014 Prinrer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was able to print documents earlier then suddenly my printer downloaded an update. After the update is installed, it's unable to detect my wifi. I tried resetting the network but still the printer wasn't able to detect any wifi connection. My other devices are okay and they are all connected to my wifi. The HP update bricked my printer. How to fix this?

@pewfad, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-
- Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
- What is the distance between the router and the printer?
- What is the make and model of your router?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
